Ordering & Shipping
Q: Where do you ship from?
A: All of our items are made to order and ship directly from our print partners across the U.S. This helps us reduce waste and ensure each piece is crafted just for you!
Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
A: Most orders are processed within 3–5 business days, and shipping times typically range from 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100.
Q: Can I upgrade my shipping?
A: Of course! At checkout, you’ll see options for express or priority shipping with flat-rate pricing.
Returns & Cancellations
Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A: Because our items are made to order, we’re not able to accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or defective. If there’s an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, production begins and cancellations aren’t guaranteed.

Q: How should I care for my item?
A: Care instructions are listed on each product page, but most apparel items should be washed cold, inside-out, and air-dried when possible to preserve the print.
